Fines:  Scott was fined for the lack of leadership again, something about how the song got started. He later said he was glad he had only 6 more weeks of this.

Orian welcomed himself back after being gone a couple weeks to Wisconson. We was there to bury both of his wifes parents. He said the funeral home had a 2 for on special.

Phil said he ran into Jim Helmick the other day and Jim should be showing up for lunch within a week or two.

Jim Rees announced that Gus has been moved to Life Care Center of Littleton at 1500 W Mineral Ave.

Doug brought us up to date on Rev. Robinson. He is at the Dr.’s now and they are trying to determine if they want to do surgery on his shoulder now or let it heal on it’s own. He broke his colar bone and had some bleeding on the brain at the time but that is pretty much okay.
** update ** Doug just called to say Jim had just gotten home and then had a seizure and was taken to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Apperantly there is still bleeding on the brain.

The club’s Facebook page: We will be adding some old and new photos shortly.

Is anyone interested in going to the National Convention in K.C., KS (or is it MO?). I don’t know how many the club will pay expenses for but let Scott know if your interested. A couple past presidents said they enjoyed their trips when they went.

Tim gave us a brief update on the Celebrate Sound Walk meeting he attended. He brought more posters that can be hung to advertise the event. Denver area Sertoma clubs are hosting the Celebrate Sound Don’t Walk in Silence walk May 17th So far the club is the top donar. You can click on Arapahoe Sertoma on the right hand edge to see the Team Page but if you want to donate, give the money to Scott. It seems the web page is very difficult to use to make a donation. This needs to be corrected. Ken and Tim are attending their meeting tonight so this might be addressed.

Remember, if you bring in a new member and he stays 6 months, you get Free Dues - per new member for a quarter.
