This weeks Reporter- Don Smith

Guests:   Alice Perkins-wife if Jim; Joe Gomez-friend of Scott and possible new member?, John Loudermilk-friend of Bezjak; Vicky Oren, Rev. Robinsons LSC; Past member Jim Britton.

Fines:  Several phones went off during the meeting. Vierthaler “Did Not Get Fined For Being Late”, he was on time, something about his grandfathers watch working - BUT, he did do a little advertizing and that cost him.

Announcements:   B-days this week go to Doug Harder.

Bill Benton mentioned a Thank You note was received from Craig Hospital for the $8,000 donation we gave them with the help from A-1 Scuba.

Ken Kelley wants more members to go to the 2015 Mtn. West Reg. Conv. In Estes Park. As it is now, only Bill Benton is signed up. An E-mail was forwarded to all the members today from Ken.

Bob Buckland says his daughter is an event planner and has an event at Clement Park that we could help out at and make a few hundred bucks so Bob asked for a show of hands and it looks like enough members are willing to help. More details next week but the event takes place Sept. 18, 19 & 20th but we may only do the 19th and 20th.

Mike Magee sent around a sing-up sheet for a tour of the Vehicle Vault which is planned for Sep. 18th a Friday at 2pm. Cost is $6 ea. Which is a couple bucks off the normal price.

Rick Jacobus is at it again, he says it’s time to start thinking about Freedom Week and will have more information for his team later. He is hopping all his team returns for another year of essay reading and other fun things.

Last weeks Bronco Pool winners are: Gomez, Helmick, Benton & Jacobus.

A drawing was held for the Bronco v Ariz. Cardinals game and you can view the board here:

John Laudermilk has submitted an application for membership and has been published the required number of times. Now it’s up to the Board to vote on him and if accepted, get him a “New Member” packet. (Do we have one?)

Scott says he has an application from Joe Gomez so things are looking up.

Speaking of getting new members, here is the team list from Doug: Team List.jpg

Jim Rees has more gift cards (King Soopers), get a card or use the one you have to help offset the clubs expenses. If you need a replacement, you need to get it from Jim, not Kings Soopers. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough purchases to make the quota to get a check but will carry over to the next month.

Remember, if you bring in a new member and he stays 6 months, you get Free Dues - per new member for a quarter.
